We’ll be set up with a cart brimming with the very best of our seasonal vegetables, fresh from our gardens!

This collaboration means a lot to us. Small-scale farming is about more than just growing food—it’s about building connections. When local farms and local businesses come together, we create something even bigger: a community that supports each other and celebrates real, fresh flavors.
As part of this partnership, our own in-house chef, Brennan, has created something truly special. Using our cherry tomatoes, paired with Aurelius’ outstanding olive oils and balsamic, he has crafted a Tomato Conserva that’s simply a match made in heaven. Brennan will be at Aurelius on September 13th offering tastings, so you can see (and taste!) firsthand what happens when quality ingredients meet creativity.
We love being part of Aurelius’ Anniversary celebrations. Their passion for quality and authenticity mirrors our own, and together we get to share that passion with all of you. We hope you’ll join us in raising a fork to good food, good friends, and another year of collaboration!
