A Wonderful Afternoon at Aurelius in Wellington West

We had such a fantastic time at our pop-up farm stand collaboration with Aurelius Fine Oils & Balsamic Vinegars this weekend! It was an absolute pleasure to meet up with so many of our dear friends, loyal customers, and so many new people. The afternoon was filled with amazing conversations and connections that truly made the event very special.

Our farm-fresh produce paired beautifully with Aurelius‘ selection of Fine oils and balsamic vinegars. Our very own Chef Brennan worked hard to impress everyone with his Carrot Salad recipe, featuring feta cheese, chopped toasted almonds, and the incredible Black Walnut Balsamic Vinegar–it was an absolute hit! And his Caprese Pasta Salad, perfectly paired with Aurelius Early Harvest Extra Virgin Olive Oil  & Aurelius Balsamico Modena 3 Year, Little Farm Cart cherry tomatoes, and our basil, was a crowd favourite—one mom even shared how excited she was that her son loved it! She will be making that dish in the upcoming days!

Brennan and Najwa handed out over 80 Samples at todays event along with several recipe cards! Recipe cards will be available in store, so be sure to stop by Aurelius 1283 B Wellington Street West and, see all their products in store!

Paul, Brennan and I want to extend our heartfelt thanks to Mike, owner of Aurelius Fine Olive Oils & Balsamic Vinegars, for inviting us, and special thanks to his team, Pamela, Najwa and Amber for making this event run smoothly. Your support and partnership means the world to us, and we are incredibly grateful for this opportunity. We’re already looking forward to doing it again Thanksgiving weekend, Saturday October 12th.

We can’t wait to share more with you all. So, stay tuned for another memorable day!

The beautiful Najwa sending us off…

Thank you again for all your support, and we can’t wait to see everyone next time!
